Athlete expectations:
As your coaches, our primary expectation is your unwavering commitment and consistency in adhering to the strategies we've established together. It's imperative that you invest 100% effort into our plan. Over time, I anticipate that our communication, both as coach and athlete, will strengthen, thereby enhancing our collective performance. Success is a gradual process, contingent upon mutual dedication.
I have outlined specific guidelines within your plan, which I expect you to follow meticulously. This includes submitting updates by 12PM local time. Delayed submissions are counterproductive. To ensure a productive day, I advise completing and sending your updates early on check-in days.
Your feedback is crucial. Please provide comprehensive responses to all requested updates. It is inefficient and unnecessary to repeatedly ask for information that falls within athletes' expected contributions.
Should you encounter any difficulties or discrepancies with the plan, it is essential that you communicate these concerns to me promptly.
Your responsibility includes regular check-ins, reflecting a serious commitment to your development just as any other athlete with practices, and games. A soft coach breeds soft clients. This, in turn, will ensure my reciprocal commitment.
Out of respect for my family time, We kindly request that communications post-9 PM be reserved for urgent matters only, unless otherwise specified (i.e. food/ cardio/update picture requests).
What to expect from your coach:
At the outset of our coach-athlete relationship, please understand that my acceptance of you as an athlete is predicated on a commitment to your best interests. Although the feedback provided may not always align with your expectations, it is delivered with your ultimate benefit in mind.
As your coach, We offer comprehensive support in several key areas:
1. **Nutrition Guidance**: We provide detailed nutrition recommendations tailored for both the off-season and contest preparation phases, with adjustments made as necessary to support your performance and overall health.
2. **Supplement Recommendations**: Customized supplement advice is also given for both off-season and contest prep, aimed at enhancing both performance and health. These recommendations are subject to change based on your evolving needs.
3. **Training Protocols**: Your training regimen will be designed based on your current physique and any structural issues that may need attention or accommodation. This includes advice on training volume and frequency. (Please note, customized training programs are available as a separate service.)
4. **Progress Assessment**: Weekly progress photos are required from you, the athlete. These photos serve as a critical tool for assessing your development and making necessary adjustments. We will also provide feedback on your posing, offering suggestions on how to improve the presentation of your physique. Check ins should expect to be responded to within 48 hours. Resume the current plan as default during this time.
5. **Peak Week Planning**: A comprehensive peak week program that addresses all aspects needed to ensure you present your best physique on your competition day or for any significant event.
