All plans begin by completing a detailed questionnaire and initial physique assessment to determine a baseline. Accountability is assessed weekly and followed up with necessary alterations to diet, supplementation, and workout regimen. Cory offers unlimited support via text, email, phone, and Skype/Facetime for each full contact client.
